"Took way longer than I expected"
I ordered a few things the delivery took a lot longer than I thought it would. The items themselves were totally fine once they finally got here, so no complaints there. But the waiting around was annoying. I’m not sure I’d be in a rush to order again anytime soon.

They let me know when it was being processed and again when it shipped, which I appreciated because I always end up wondering where my stuff is after a few days. It did take a little longer than I was hoping, but overall the communication was solid, so I wasn’t too stressed about it

I ordered a shirt from coldcutsmerch.com while I was in a good mood and excited to get it. The shirt itself feels fine, and the design looks decent overall, but the print is a little faded in a few spots. It’s not awful or anything, I just expected it to look a bit sharper. Overall, I’m kind of mixed on it.

I placed my order thinking everything was paid for at checkout, then got hit with extra customs duties later. There really wasn’t a clear warning or explanation anywhere before I paid. Like, how is this okay? If there are going to be extra fees, that needs to be obvious upfront

I was expecting it to feel more official, and I’m not totally convinced it’s authentic. Shipping was fine, so no issue there, but the merch itself was disappointing. In my experience, canceling an order from Cold Cuts Merch was not as simple as the site made it seem. I tried reaching out about an hour after placing my order, and I expected there to be a straightforward way to stop it, but I didn’t get any clear help right away.
By the time they got back to me, they said the order was already processing and could not be canceled. From my perspective, that felt frustrating and not very flexible, especially since I had contacted them so soon after ordering.

I was fully prepared for chaos trying to get the limited edition stuff, like refreshing like my life depended on it and ending up heartbroken with an empty cart. But coldcutsmerch.com was surprisingly smooth. The page actually loaded, I found the item fast, and I was sitting there like, wait… that’s it?
Checkout was super easy too, with no random errors, no terrifying “sold out” message popping up halfway, none of that drama. I was ridiculously happy when my order went through. Definitely using them again for the next drop because this was way less stressful than I expected...

I reached out to customer service and they got back to me quickly, without making it a whole ordeal. They helped get it sorted and kept me updated along the way, which I really appreciated. "Definitely size up if you’re in between"
I’d recommend sizing up if you’re between sizes. I know everyone’s fit preferences are different, but for me it ran a little snug, and I’m glad I didn’t try to squeeze into the smaller size. Once I went up, it felt much better and looked the way I expected. So yeah, if you’re debating, I’d say go with the larger one...

I was mainly looking for a place that would actually ship outside the US, so that part stood out to me right away. Checkout was straightforward, which I appreciated.
